Ok, So I've decided to keep this thing around, with new content promised so here goes.
First a little background.
I work at Boeing, and we have an internal company instant message system (Microsoft communicator). One of the features is the ability to put up a note for others to see. At one point in time, for my own amusement, I started putting up a new thought each day.. Most of them are one-liners or things along the lines of Jack Handey's "Deep Thoughts". Most of the stuff is crap that I think of while on the can, or in the shower, or on the drive to work.
Sooner or later I started getting messages from people at random commenting on my "note of the day". At one point along the line I started saving the notes.
I might start posting them here on a regular basis.. Anyway, here's the first 5:

Violence is in fact the answer. You're probably just not asking the right question.
So they've found water on the moon and on mars. Big deal. Let me know when they find grain and hops.
